
A Bit About Me
Training for my first Triathlon and getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have the unique opportunity to train with a professional trainer and multiple like-minded individuals who guide and support me through my fitness journey. I couldn't do what I do without them.

Call me crazy, but sometimes I feel like I’m saving lives indirectly by sharing my fitness and diet program via social media. I haven't always been like this. My friends and followers have been with me through my progression of bad choices to good ones. They've seen it all. So, why did I instantaneously decide to start making good decisions? Well, I got tired of making the same excuses over and over. By following the advice of influential people who encompassed what I desired to be changed my life and help me become the person I am today.
